What to bring.

Government photo id

Drivers license, passport, health card in-hand (Pictures of your photo ID do not count) . For anyone under the age of 16, you must be accompanied by a parental guardian and must be able to provide photo ID for both you and your guardian.

arrive with a full stomach

Eating before getting pierced is recommend as it will help keep your blood sugar steady. Low blood sugar could lead to you feeling dizzy or even faint during the piercing.

a mask is not required but recommended

Safety first. Wearing a mask helps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and helps protect people who are around you. It is not mandatory to wear a mask in indoor public spaces however we recommend that you arrive to the studio with your own personal mask.

Rest easy with a lifetime warranty.

All jewellery products are covered with a lifetime warranty by the quality companies that are carried at this studio. This covers pin or threading breakage and manufacturing defects only. In the event of a breakage, you will be provided with a complimentary piece as a temporary replacement to maintain the integrity of your piercing while your jewellery is sent out for repairs. This warranty does not cover regular wear & tear or lost jewellery.
